Hydro Kinetics TM is based on induction of Sonic Resonance into the cleaning water stream. This Sonic Resonance travels through the water stream and safely transfers to the tube and the fouling material. They resonate at different frequencies because of different composition of the tube and fouling material. This causes a breaking of bond between them and allowing the fouling to be expelled quite easily out of the tubes, with high pressure water.
