Neutralisation Pits and Concrete floors are often exposed to excessive corrosion/erosion due to the aggressive operating environment of Industrial units. With time, the corrosion & erosion issues become so excessive that they would have to be entirely replaced with a more wear resistant solutions – Such replacement often involves enormous costs and long shutdowns.

Solution:

Duromar® DuroFil / Chemcrete top coated with Duromar® DF – 1310 when applied at 3mm-5mm thickness helps enhance the asset life of heavy duty industrial floors by 2-3 decades under continuous operations.
These systems are most often used in industries with heavy equipment movement such as Automobile, Machinery workshops, Fabrication units, etc.
Duromar’s flooring grade epoxies are specially designed for solving a range of such civil maintenance issues across industrial units.
Duromar® DF 4301 is a 100% solids, novolac floor – coating with outstanding chemical resistance to acids, bases and solvents. It is best used in secondary containment areas and floors subject to chemical splashes and spills.
Duromar’s civil grade epoxies also include several other grouting systems such as DuroFil, HydroFlor & Chemcrete Super.

Product Details:

Duromar® DF-4301 is a 100% solids, Zero VOC Novolac floor coating with outstanding chemical resistance to acids, bases, and solvents. It is used primarily in secondary containment areas and floors subject to chemical exposure. It can be used in USDA facilities based on FSIS Directive 11,000.4 (Rev. 1), November 24, 1995. DF-4301 can be used in combination with DF-4301V for vertical applications on walls and containment berms.
