The Hydrolazing process incorporates high-pressure pumps that supply a rotating hose device via high-pressure hoses. This rotating hose device houses a hose which is inserted during operation. Attached to the end of this rotating hose is a cutting nozzle, with the size of the deployed nozzle varying based on the pipeline’s dimensions. As the nozzle travels around the circumference of the pipe, it rotates across the surface, effectively cleaning the entire interior using cutting jets affixed to the nozzle. Controlled manually, the rotating hose device features an air-driven motor for speed adjustment once the air valve is opened.
