Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for industrial and protective coating solutions
- Engage with EPCs, plant owners, consultants, and industrial clients
- Support lead generation, client meetings, techno-commercial discussions, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to develop proposals and presentations
- Maintain customer relationships and support account growth
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming industrial projects
- Prepare basic sales reports, CRM updates, and pipeline tracking
- Travel to client sites and project locations as required
- MBA from a Tier-2 institute (mandatory)
- Specialisation in Marketing / Business Development preferred
- Prior exposure or experience in industrial coatings, industrial products, or B2B engineering segments is an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in a technical sales environment
- Comfortable with site visits, client meetings, and travel
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn industrial solutions
- Exposure to industrial coatings, corrosion protection, and engineering services

Arudra Engineers is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in B2B marketing, especially in creating marketing collaterals for industrial and engineering services. The role focuses on strengthening brand presence, supporting business development teams, and communicating technical offerings in a clear, professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and design marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations, datasheets, case studies, and company profiles
- Develop content for website pages, LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, and WhatsApp communications
- Coordinate with internal technical and sales teams to understand services and translate them into effective marketing content
- Assist in branding initiatives and ensure consistency across all marketing materials
- Support basic digital campaigns (LinkedIn, email marketing, website updates)
- Maintain and update marketing assets for exhibitions, client meetings, and proposals
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in B2B or industrial marketing
- Strong focus on marketing collateral creation (content + coordination with designers)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand technical/engineering services and present them professionally
- Familiarity with tools like MS PowerPoint, Word, Canva, and basic CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a technical environment
Preferred (Added Advantage)
- Exposure to industrial sectors such as coatings, chemical cleaning, maintenance services, or engineering solutions
- Experience managing LinkedIn company pages or B2B lead-support campaigns

Corrosion Engineer – NACE Level 1 / Level 2

Role Overview
Arudra Engineers is seeking a qualified Corrosion Engineer with NACE Level 1 or Level 2 certification to support industrial corrosion protection, surface preparation, and coating application projects across power plants, process industries, and infrastructure facilities. The role involves both site execution and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and inspect surface preparation activities (abrasive blasting, hydro-blasting, surface profiling)
- Monitor and ensure proper coating application as per project specifications and standards
- Conduct DFT, surface profile, adhesion, holiday detection, and other inspection activities
- Ensure compliance with project QA/QC plans, coating datasheets, and international standards
- Prepare inspection reports, daily site logs, and quality documentation
- Coordinate with applicators, contractors, and client representatives on-site
- Support corrosion assessment and protection recommendations for industrial assets
Candidate Profile
- Engineering degree/diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Metallurgical, or related discipline
- Valid NACE Level 1 or Level 2 certification (mandatory)
- Hands-on experience in industrial coating inspection or corrosion protection projects
- Strong understanding of coating systems, surface preparation standards, and inspection instruments
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, coating specifications, and method statements
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites across India
Preferred (Added Advantage)
- Experience in power plants, refineries, FGD systems, pipelines, tanks, or marine/industrial structures
- Exposure to epoxy, PU, polyurea, rubber lining, and high-performance coating systems
- Familiarity with standards such as ISO, SSPC, ASTM, and NACE/AMPP guidelines
